SHIPPING POLICY

 RETURNS EXCHANGES

Orders are shipped domestically in 1-2 business days Monday-Friday unless the item is on Pre-Order or out of stock awaiting replenishment. Orders placed on the weekend and select holidays are processed on the next business day. 

Domestic Shipping

Standard shipping: (3-5 business days)- Free  via USPS First Class Package

Priority shipping (2-3 business days)- $21.50 via USPS Priority. 

Delays may occur due to customs. All custom duties, taxes and fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local post office for further information concerning custom duties or fees.

 

*Please track your package through your local post office website. There you will be able to use the tracking number provided to you though email to check the status of your order. Once your package leaves the country we are unable to track it for you. 

 *Please note that we will not be able to alter your order after it has been fulfilled. Most orders are fulfilled within 24-48 hrs (Mon-Fri) after the order has been placed

 

UNDELIVERED SHIPMENTS: In the instance that USPS tracking states that your package has been delivered but you have not received your items, please contact us. Once the package is in the hands of the USPS, they become liable for the safe delivery of your items. If a package isn’t properly delivered, upon notification from the customer, we will open up a case with the USPS. Please allow 2 weeks for us to investigate and arrive at a resolution. If you do not receive your order within the 2 weeks of investigation, we'll provide you with the option of either reshipping your order or giving you store credit. A refund will not be issued.

Returns 

 

 

     We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are unhappy for any reason, we accept returns for refunds and exchanges within 25 days for Domestic orders and 30 days for Canadian orders after your order has been delivered. All items must be unworn and unwashed in original condition with the tag still attached. Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges to return the item. If the package does not reach us safely, we will not be able to complete the refund. Please make sure you get tracking on your returns so that proof of delivery can be verified. No returns or exchanges after 25 days.

     Please send your items to the address listed below. Please include your order number and a brief description of what you would like returned or exchanged. This information must be included with your return if you do not use the returns portal. Be sure to get a tracking number for your records and allow 2-3 business days for us to process your return once it has been delivered.

REFUND:

Store credit will be issued to returns received after 25 days.

For credit card payments, please allow 5-10 business days for payment to reflect back into your account.

For PayPal payments, please allow 1-2 business days for payment to reflect back into your account.

EXCHANGES:

We accept exchanges within 25 days after your order was delivered to you. If you wish to return an item that was already exchanged, you can only be provided with store credit if we receive item within 25 days.

CLEARANCE ITEMS:

Items bought on clearance may only be returned for an exchange or store credit. A refund is not permitted. 


ALTERED ITEMS: 

Items that have been altered are final sale. They cannot be exchanged or refunded. 

Print Material 

Novel and Posters:  Sales are final upon purchase and are not eligible for refund. Replacement products will be supplied.
